Mental Health Student Workshops, Assemblies, School Speakers, Professional Development and Parent or Teacher Training

Our Mental Health and Social-Emotional Learning Workshops, Assemblies and Professional Development Trainings were created to help optimize the mental health of your students, teachers, parents and/or community.

Our team teaches useful and relevant skills, concepts and strategies in a fun interactive way that fits your social-emotional and mental health needs. Our workshops, programs, teacher trainings and lectures are available for students, parents and teaching professionals and aim to teach our audience social-emotional skills and improve overall mental health and performance. We have worked very closely with many schools, both public and private, to deliver useful and relevant programming that fits the needs of their school or community.

We provide school and community-based social-emotional learning (SEL) programs, workshops, curriculum, keynotes, professional development, teacher training and parent workshops. We are able to modify our existing programs to fit your specific needs if needed, and/or create new programming and delivery methods to align with your desired outcomes and goals.

“Tania and Sarah came to St. Kevin CS and provided a wealth of information to our Parent Community about "The Yelling Trap" and Defiance. The session was interactive and meaningful to all parents in attendance. We can't wait to have them back.”
