Individual therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy” or “counseling”) is a process through which individuals work one-on-one with a trained Toronto therapist in a safe, caring, and interactive environment. Individuals will explore and learn about their feelings, beliefs, and/or behaviours, work through challenges they face or influential memories and experiences, learn to identify problems and opportunities for growth and strategy use, better understand themselves and others, work towards therapeutic goals, desired changes and overall happiness and success.
