Adolescent Therapy 11-18 yrs
Adolescence is a time for self discovery, identity development and increased independence. Teenagers thrive with proper guidance and strategies when navigating particular milestones, transitions, social, emotional and academic situations. Our team guides teens through these experiences and uses them as teachable moments, opportunities for growth and ways to build self-confidence.

Individual Counselling Sessions for Adolescents
Individual therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy” or “counselling”) is a process through which adolescents work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and interactive environment. Adolescents will explore and learn about their feelings, beliefs, and/or behaviours, work through challenges they face or influential memories and experiences, learn to identify problems and opportunities for growth and strategy use, better understand themselves and others, work towards therapeutic goals, desired changes and overall happiness and success.
